Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located, and what areas do you cover?

We're based in Etobicoke and cover the entire GTA — including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, and surrounding areas. Core travel within our main service area is already built into our package pricing.

What makes Glam Photobooth's photo quality stand out?

Many modern photo booths only rely on basic tablet cameras, which often result in grainy photos in dim venue lighting. Our setup includes a studio DSLR camera, Godox flash and professional lighting. This means your photos come out clean, bright, and flattering each time, no matter how dim the room gets.

Will someone from your team be there during the event?

Yes, you'll have a friendly member of our family team on-site for the entire booking. We take care of setting everything up, helping guests use the booth and props, keeping the printer stocked, and packing up at the end so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Does your setup time take away from our rental hours?

Not at all. We arrive about 45 to 60 minutes before your scheduled start time to get everything set up, test the lighting, and make sure the software is ready to go. Your booked hours only cover active photo booth time.

How do guests get their prints and digital pictures?

Guests get high-quality physical prints on the spot in just a few seconds (any layout they choose). They can also text or email on the spot to send digital photos straight to their phone. After the party, we'll send you a link to the full online gallery so you can see every picture taken.

What do you need from our venue?

We just need a flat space of roughly 8 x 8 (or 10 x 10 for larger crowds) so guests have room to grab props and pose, plus access to a standard electrical outlet within 20 feet.

How do we lock in our date with Glam Photobooth?

Once you pick your package, we'll send over a short digital agreement and invoice. A deposit secures your date on our calender, and the remaining balance is due prior to the event.
